Hyderabad, Jan 23 (.) The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) will host a summit on “Telangana Real Estate: Creating Value Beyond the Square Foot” here on January 29.
The event will bring together developers, investors, consultants, and other key stakeholders to discuss the evolving dynamics of real estate in Hyderabad, focusing on strategies that go beyond conventional measures such as built-up area, the Federation said in a release here on Friday.
Sessions will cover topics including mid-segment versus premium housing demand, policy and infrastructure impact, Hyderabad’s 2034 investment outlook, youth perspectives, and alternate asset classes.
Industry leaders from FTCCI, NAREDCO Telangana, and JLL India are expected to share insights on Hyderabad’s competitive position among Indian metros and explore opportunities across residential, commercial, and alternative real estate sectors.
