Los Angeles, Jan 29 (.) Odessa Young and Will Poulter have been added to the cast of the upcoming hostage thriller series “Rabbit, Rabbit”, joining Adam Driver and Regina Hall in what is shaping up to be a psychologically charged drama.
The series is being mounted by writer-producer Peter Craig, director Philip Barantini, and studio MRC, bringing together a creative team known for grounded, tension-driven storytelling.
The series follows escaped convict J-Will (Driver), who, after being cornered by law enforcement at a truck stop, takes hostages in an effort to bargain for his freedom. But the standoff soon escalates into an unmanageable social experiment with his captives, as well as an emotional poker match with a veteran FBI Crisis Negotiator (Hall) trained in “tactical empathy.”
Young will play Driver’s love interest, reports DEADLINE.
Driver executive produces the series alongside Craig and Adolescence‘s Philip Barantini, who is set to direct the series.
Young was most recently seen starring opposite Jeremy Allen White in Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere. She also starred opposite Jacob Elordi in the series The Narrow Road To The Deep North.
