New Delhi, Feb 3(.) Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Tuesday provided employment to Deepa Nainwal, wife of late BJP worker Kuldeep Nainwal, who lost his life in a tragic incident in the Yamuna River in Delhi’s Karawal Nagar Assembly constituency.
The appointment was made in line with an earlier government decision aimed at ensuring financial stability and long-term security for the bereaved family.
The formal appointment took place in the presence of Delhi Law and Justice Minister and Karawal Nagar MLA Kapil Mishra.
Addressing the occasion, Rekha Gupta said the Delhi Government believes in taking concrete action at the grassroots level rather than merely offering assurances during times of crisis.
She said the government remains committed to safeguarding the future of families affected by unforeseen tragedies.
Minister Kapil Mishra said the BJP stands firmly with its workers and supports them like family in every adversity.
He said the appointment reflects the government’s sensitive and responsible approach toward those in distress.
Earlier, the Delhi Government had extended financial assistance to the family and announced that it would bear responsibility for the education of the couple’s daughter.
Officials added that “the employment provided to Deepa Nainwal marks a significant continuation of these welfare measures.”
Expressing gratitude, Deepa Nainwal said the government’s decision would help her family rebuild their lives with dignity and self-reliance.
