Hyderabad, Feb 3 (.) Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Company Ltd. (Kotak Mutual Fund) on Tuesday announced the launch of Kotak Services Fund, an open-ended equity scheme focused on India’s fast-growing services sector.
The New Fund Offer (NFO) will open on February 4, 2026 and close on February 18, 2026, the company said in a release.
The fund aims to provide investors exposure to India’s services economy, which contributes about 55 percent to the country’s Gross Value Added (GVA) and employs nearly 31.5 percent of the workforce.
The scheme will invest across service-oriented segments including consumer services, financial services, IT, healthcare, telecom, logistics, power, and oil & gas.
Kotak Services Fund will follow a Growth at Reasonable Price (GARP) strategy with a bottom-up Business-Management-Value (BMV) framework, investing across market capitalisations.
The focus will be on quality businesses with strong cash flows, scalable models, and long-term growth potential.
Nilesh Shah, Managing Director of Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Company, said the services sector is witnessing a structural transformation driven by rising incomes, digital adoption, and urbanisation, creating long-term investment opportunities.
Fund Manager Rohit Tandon noted that the services theme offers a blend of stability and growth, adding that the portfolio will focus on companies capable of sustaining margins, upgrading business models, and deploying capital efficiently.
The NFO is available with a minimum investment of ₹1,000, and the fund is suitable for investors seeking long-term capital appreciation through diversified exposure to service-oriented businesses.
