Baku, Feb 11 (.) US Vice President JD Vance and his wife Usha Vance have visited the Eternal Flame Memorial on the Alley of Martyrs in Baku, Under Secretary of State for Economic Affairs Jacob Helberg said on Wednesday.
“US Vice President JD Vance and Second Lady Usha Vance at the Eternal Flame Memorial in Baku, Azerbaijan,” Helberg wrote on X.
The Alley of Martyrs is a memorial complex in Baku, dedicated to those who were killed during Azerbaijan’s struggle for independence, in January 1990 and in the Nagorno-Karabakh wars.
