Hyderabad, Feb 12 (.) Paradise on Thursday announced the relaunch of its much-awaited “Haleem Festival”, making the iconic dish available across all Paradise outlets ahead of the Ramzan season.
The announcement was made at a press conference by Rabinder Singh, Chief Operating Officer (COO), Paradise.
Addressing the media, Rabinder Singh said Haleem at Paradise is not just a seasonal dish but a legacy and a promise of trust built over decades. “Haleem is an emotion for Hyderabad. It is a tradition we proudly carry forward every year. Due to overwhelming demand from our customers, we have decided to launch the Haleem festival earlier this time,” he said.
From Thursday onwards, authentic mutton and chicken haleem will be available at all Paradise restaurants across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi-NCR and select outlets in Andhra Pradesh. Singh stressed that Paradise continues to follow uncompromising standards in ingredient sourcing, use of fine ghee, traditional spices and strict quality control measures, ensuring consistency from preparation to serving.
“Our customers come with trust — trust in authenticity, hygiene and taste. From sourcing ingredients to the final bowl served, every step follows a stringent quality and safety process,” he added, inviting the people of Hyderabad to enjoy the cherished dish with family and friends.
Swatantra Gautam, Vice President – Culinary, Paradise, said Haleem is deeply rooted in the cultural fabric of the region during Ramzan. He noted that while Haleem is widely available in the market, Paradise stands apart due to its legacy recipe, experienced chefs and rigorous hygiene standards.
“Every batch is tested, ingredients are carefully selected, and the recipe remains unchanged year after year, which is why patrons return to Paradise every season,” he said.
He explained that Paradise’s Haleem is prepared using a unique balance of protein, cereals, spices and herbs, perfected over decades. The same master chefs, many of whom have been associated with Paradise for over 25 years, continue to prepare the dish using an eight-hour slow-cooking process at central kitchens before it is shipped fresh to outlets multiple times a day.
Paradise has retained last year’s pricing, with mutton haleem starting at Rs 299 and chicken haleem at Rs 235. The Haleem is available in two packaging options — a single-person starter pack and a family pack serving three to four people. Plans to introduce a larger pack variant are also underway.
While mutton haleem remains the flagship offering, Gautam said chicken haleem has seen strong growth in recent years, catering to customers who prefer chicken. He clarified that there are no plans for a vegetarian haleem at present, as Paradise intends to stay true to the traditional emotion associated with Hyderabadi Haleem.
Paradise, one of the country’s largest Haleem sellers, said its focus this season remains on serving existing markets, maintaining consistency and delivering the same authentic taste that customers have trusted for nearly seven decades.
