New Delhi, Feb 24 (.) Actor Akshay Kumar on Tuesday shared a striking first-look motion poster of his upcoming horror-comedy Bhoot Bangla.
Posting on Instagram on February 24, Akshay gave fans an intriguing glimpse of his character, instantly generating buzz online.
The motion poster showcases Akshay in a dramatic, tantrik-inspired avatar, signaling a distinct departure from his recent on-screen personas. Seated shirtless on an intricately carved throne adorned with demonic faces, he wears black sunglasses and multiple strands of Rudraksha beads. Holding a rosary and mid-scream, the actor creates an intense yet theatrical visual that perfectly captures the film’s horror-comedy vibe.
Accompanying the poster, Akshay shared a playful caption, “Dus ko denge das-tak, intezar karo tab tak… Let the fun begin!”
The actor also confirmed that the release of Bhoot Bangla has been preponed. Originally set for May 15, the film will now hit cinemas on April 10.
The project marks the long-awaited reunion of Akshay Kumar with director Priyadarshan, nearly 16 years after their last collaboration on ‘Khatta Meetha’ (2010).
The film features a star-studded ensemble cast including Tabu, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Wamiqa Gabbi, and veteran actor Asrani.
