New Delhi, Feb 28 (.) Vishnu Deo Sai has thrown his weight behind ‘Shatak’, a film chronicling the 100-year journey of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), praising it as a powerful cinematic tribute to the organisation’s legacy and announcing that the movie will be made tax-free in Chhattisgarh.

After attending a special screening of the film with several delegates, the Chief Minister took to X to share his thoughts, describing the project as deeply moving and inspirational.

“‘Shatak’ is a vivid portrayal of the RSS’s ceaseless dedication to nation-building!! Today, after watching the film ‘Shatak’, based on the glorious 100-year journey of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, my heart swelled with pride and inspiration. This saga of national service, discipline, and dedication connects generations to the spirit of ‘Nation First’. Such inspiring tales further strengthen our commitment to public service. We have announced to make this film tax-free in Chhattisgarh,” Deo Sai wrote on X.

Made in association with Panorama Studios, ‘Shatak’ is produced by Vir Kapur, directed by Ashish Mall and co-produced by Ashish Tiwari. The film was released nationwide on February 20.

The announcement is expected to boost the film’s reach in the state, as tax-free status often encourages higher footfall and wider public access.
