Hyderabad, Jan 7 (.) CMS Info Systems Limited (CMS), India’s leading business services company, on Wednesday announced it has secured a landmark Rs 1,000-crore integrated cash solutions contract from State Bank of India (SBI).
The 10-year agreement covers approximately 5,000 SBI-owned ATMs across the country and will go live in January 2026, the company said in a release.
This is the first large, direct cash outsourcing contract awarded by a public sector bank, marking a significant shift towards integrated outsourcing models in the banking sector.
Under the contract, CMS will provide end-to-end managed services aimed at improving cash efficiency and enhancing ATM uptime, benefiting millions of SBI customers nationwide.
The win further strengthens the long-standing partnership between CMS and SBI. CMS has previously executed several large and complex projects for the bank, including the multi-vendor software solution ALGO MVS™, the vision AI solution HAWKAI™, and managed services for ATMs.
Commenting on the development, Anush Raghavan, Chief Business Officer, CMS Info Systems, said the contract is expected to generate incremental revenue of around ₹500 crore over its tenure.
CMS played an active role in stabilizing ATM operations during the disruptions witnessed across India’s ATM network in 2025, and the long-term agreement will ensure consistent, high-quality self-service banking for consumers, he added.
