Hyderabad, Feb 8 (.) The three-day CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026 concluded on a high note, generating property sales worth Rs 300 crore and creating a business pipeline estimated at Rs 1,000 crore, reflecting strong buyer confidence in ‘Brand Hyderabad’.
Organised by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), the event highlighted the growing inclination of homebuyers to make Hyderabad their permanent home. Industry leaders said sustained infrastructure growth, expanding employment opportunities through global capability centres (GCCs), and proactive governance were driving demand across residential and commercial segments.
A panel discussion featuring leading real estate content creators concluded that Hyderabad was poised to lead real estate growth over the next decade, supported by competitive pricing, robust commercial development and diverse housing options.
CREDAI Hyderabad president N Jaideep Reddy said the city’s culture, lifestyle and economic opportunities had positioned it as one of India’s most resilient real estate markets, while urging buyers to invest only in RERA-approved projects.
The event also saw strong buyer engagement, with several enquiries translating into site visits and advanced negotiations, reinforcing Hyderabad’s long-term growth prospects, according to a statement released on Sunday.
