Palm Beach (Florida), Feb 17 (.) Dorinda Medley has been confirmed as the newest addition to The Golden Life (working title), stepping into the ensemble following the removal of Jill Zarin from the reunion-centred reality series featuring alumni of The Real Housewives of New York City.
Zarin’s departure from the project was confirmed last week after controversial remarks she made regarding Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime performance drew criticism, according to DEADLINE.
Medley joins previously announced Kelly Bensimon, Countess Luann de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer in the new series set in Palm Beach, FL. In it, the five will take their friendships from the busy streets of New York City to the sandy coast of Palm Beach, FL. Produced by Blink49 Studios, the ten-episode season is set to start filming this spring in South Florida.
Medley appeared on the first six seasons of The Real Housewives of New York City, initially as a guest star in season 4. She joined the cast full-time in season 7 in 2015 and exited in 2020.
