Tehran, Jan 31 (.) An explosion took place on Saturday at a building in the Iranian city of Bandar Abbas on the Gulf coast, state media reported.
The explosion that occurred at an eight-story building in Bandar Abbas reportedly destroyed two floors.
Several vehicles and nearby shops were also damaged due to the impact of the blast in the area of Moallem Boulevard. Rescue and firefighting teams are on site. The cause of the explosion remains unknown, Xinhua reported.
