Pune, Feb 14 (.) Sham Sahani- an international powerlifting athlete and senior social worker—has been appointed as the Cleanliness Brand Ambassador of the Pune Cantonment Board.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Pune Cantonment Board, Vidyadhar Pawar appointed Sahani as the Cleanliness Brand Ambassador.
The letter of appointment has been formally handed over to Sahani.
Sahani has been actively working as a senior social worker for several years. An important highlight is that while representing India at the international level in sports, he has delivered remarkable performances. Through his outstanding achievements in the sport of powerlifting, he has brought pride to the nation by winning gold and silver medals for the country, said a release today.
