Jammu, Feb 16 (.) Congratulations poured in from across the cricket fraternity as the Jammu and Kashmir Ranji Team skipper Paras Dogra has achieved an individual milestone on becoming the second batsman to cross the 10,000-run mark in the history of Ranji Trophy.
An official of Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association here in a message said, “Heartiest congratulations to Paras Dogra, the Captain of J&K Ranji Team, for achieving the individual milestone of only the 2nd player to cross the 10,000 run mark in the history of the Ranji Trophy.”
“Hopefully under your leadership the team will also make history,” he said.
The J&K crickting stalwart has become becoming only the second batter to reach the milestone after Wasim Jaffer (12,038).
Meanwhile, BCCI President, Mithun Manhas, who hails from Jammu and Kashmir, in a post on X said, “Heartfelt congratulations to Paras Dogra on reaching the extraordinary milestone of 10,000 runs in the Ranji Trophy.”
