Los Angeles, Jan 29 (.) After a hiatus from major public performances since 2022, global pop superstar Justin Bieber is set to make a highly anticipated return to the stage at the 2026 Grammy Awards.
The announcement has thrilled fans, as Bieber has largely stayed away from large-scale live performances in recent years. Notably, he has earned four Grammy nominations this year, including Album of the Year for Swag, his first studio album since 2021’s Justice. He is also nominated for Best Pop Vocal Performance, Best Pop Vocal Album, and Best R&B Performance, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The Recording Academy confirmed that several other prominent artists will also perform during the ceremony, including Sabrina Carpenter, hip-hop duo Clipse, and music icon Pharrell Williams.
In addition, a special segment will feature all eight nominees in the Best New Artist category, showcasing emerging talent across genres. This year’s nominees include Addison Rae, Alex Warren, KATSEYE, Leon Thomas, Lola Young, Olivia Dean, SOMBR, and The Marias.
As per The Hollywood Reporter, The Grammy Awards 2026 are scheduled to air live this Sunday on CBS and Paramount , beginning at 5 pm. This edition will mark the final year of the Grammys’ long-standing broadcast partnership with CBS, ending a decades-long association, before the awards move to Disney next year.
The ceremony will also be notable as the final time comedian and television host Trevor Noah serves as master of ceremonies. Noah has hosted the Grammys for six consecutive years, and his departure will close a significant chapter in the show’s recent history.
