Hyderabad, Feb 27 (.) Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., India’s largest tractor manufacturer by volume, on Friday announced the launching of its new Mahindra Rotavator series in Telangana, strengthening its presence in the high-growth farm mechanisation segment.
The newly introduced rotavator range, positioned in the heavy-duty category under the Mahavator and Mahavator HD brands, spans 4 to 9 feet and features a redesigned wider mast and enhanced structural build, the company said in a release here
The company said the upgraded design improves durability, stability and performance in heavy tillage operations, particularly on uneven and demanding farm terrain.
The product refresh follows market research and farmer feedback, as part of Mahindra’s strategy to expand its farm machinery portfolio beyond tractors and drive higher value realisation in the agri-implements segment.

While the new series will gradually replace existing rotavator models, the company will continue to offer its current portfolio to cater to varied operational requirements.
In a branding-led move, Mahindra has also introduced limited-edition rotavators in tricolour-inspired shades — Metallic Orange, Everest White and Metallic Green — across select variants including Mahavator HD, Supervator and Gyrovator ZLX .
The company is also promoting its patented ‘Tez-e’ Intelligent Rotavator, integrated with Bluetooth technology that transmits real-time operational data to a mobile application, reflecting its push towards precision farming and smart mechanisation.
Mahindra is among the largest rotavator manufacturers in India, with dedicated production facilities in Nabha, Punjab and Zaheerabad, Telangana.
The company continues to expand its farm machinery footprint, supported by its broader agri-equipment ecosystem and global technology centres.
