Mumbai, Jan 21 (.) Pantomath Capital announced the appointment of Mitul Shah as Managing Director- Coverage and ECM Sales, Investment Banking.
While strengthening its leadership and institutional capabilities, Mitul will focus on strengthening institutional investor coverage, enhancing ECM sales capabilities, aligned with Pantomath’s long term investment banking growth strategy, the company release stated on Wednesday.
Mitul holds Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management in Finance from N.L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai University.
Commenting on the appointment, Mahavir Lunawat, CMD, Pantomath Capital said, “Mitul’s appointment is a strategic addition to Pantomath’s investment banking leadership as we deepen our institutional coverage and equity capital markets franchise. Prior to joining Pantomath, Mitul was associated with DAM Capital as Executive Director, where he led comprehensive research coverage of the Automobile and Auto Ancillary sectors. He has been among the top-rated analysts list by Asia Money and Bloomberg. Earlier in his career Mitul has had stints with Reliance Securities Quant Broking, Karvy Stock Broking, and First Global Securities, in various roles.
