New Delhi, Jan 16 (.) Reliance Industries Limited posted steady consolidated performance in the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, with EBITDA rising 6.1 per cent year-on-year to Rs 50,932 crore, supported by strong growth in digital services and the oil-to-chemicals business.
Gross revenue increased 10 per cent to Rs 2,93,829 crore during the quarter, while profit after tax, including share of associates and joint ventures, stood at Rs 22,290 crore, up 1.6 per cent from a year ago.
Jio Platforms remained the key growth driver, with revenue rising 12.7 per cent to Rs 43,683 crore and EBITDA increasing 16.4 per cent to Rs 19,303 crore.
The company’s 5G subscriber base crossed 250 million, while fixed broadband connections exceeded 25 million. Total subscribers stood at over 515 million, with data traffic growing 34 per cent year-on-year.
Reliance Retail reported revenue of Rs 97,605 crore, up 8.1 per cent year-on-year, aided by festive and wedding-season demand. EBITDA edged up 1.3 per cent to Rs 6,915 crore, even as margins softened. During the quarter, 431 new stores were added, taking the total network close to 20,000 outlets.
The oil-to-chemicals segment delivered robust performance, with EBITDA rising 14.6 per cent to Rs 16,507 crore, driven by higher transportation fuel margins and strong growth in fuel retailing. Jio-bp expanded its fuel retail network to 2,125 outlets, supporting sharp volume growth in petrol and diesel.
The oil and gas segment reported a decline, with EBITDA falling 12.7 per cent to ₹4,857 crore due to lower volumes and price realisation.
Capital expenditure during the quarter stood at Rs 33,826 crore, while net debt remained stable at Rs 1.17 lakh crore, reflecting balance sheet strength.
