Mumbai, Jan 28 (.) Bollywood actress Bhumi Pednekar believes that Samara Tijori and Aditya Rawal are poised to emerge as among the most acomplished actors of this generation.
Samara Tijori and Aditya Rawal will be seen in lead roles along with Bhumi Pednekar in the psychological crime thriller “Daldal”. The series depicts the story of horrific murders, drugs and a dangerous chase. Recently, Bhumi shared her experience of working with her co-stars which left her both impressed and inspired.
Bhumi said, “Samara Tijori will be one of the finest actors of this generation. I have never been inspired by two people that I’ve worked with. I have worked with some great actors but Samara and Aditya are phenomenal and this is just a start of a very very thriving career of the gonna have. We can do everything but where are the performers? You need actors like them to portray such characters”.
Bhumi further elaborated, “In every scene I did with him, I saw how seriously he takes his work and how he prepares himself for every scene.”
Bhumi plays DCP Rita Ferreira, a tough and fearless police officer who is on the hunt for Aditya Rawal, a dangerous serial killer. Samara Tijori is seen essaying the role of an honest journalist, adding new twists and thrills to the story.
The trailer, released on January 21, offers a grim preview of the shows’s tense atmosphere, marked by violent murders and the chilling inner workings of a criminal mind. The series is based on Vish Dhamija’s book “Bhendi Bazaar” and is helmed by Amrit Raj Gupta.
Backed by Vikram Malhotra and Suresh Triveni, “Daldal” is slated to release on January 30, 2026, exclusively on Prime Video in India and across 240 countries worldwide.
