Noida, Jan 21(.): Tiigers of Mumbai Dangals have drawn from Mumbai’s contemporary rap soundscape and traditional regional instruments to launch their official team anthem, unveiling a music video that reflects the franchise’s growing presence in Pro Wrestling League 2.0.
Fronted by India’s youngest Olympic medallist and captain Aman Sehrawat, alongside breakouts Mukul Dahiya and Jyoti Sihag, the video captures scenes inside league arenas, where fans have been seen wearing and waving Tiigers’ scarves and chanting for their favourites, highlighting the rapidly building fandom around the team.
The anthem arrives at a moment when Tiigers of Mumbai Dangals, co-owned by Aspect Sports and Apco Infratech, are beginning to carve out an identity in their debut PWL season. On the mat, Jyoti delivered one of the results of the early season by defeating Olympic silver medallist Yusneylys Guzmán Lopez, while Mukul’s aggressive, high-scoring bouts have earmarked him as a breakout star.
Captain Aman, meanwhile, began his season in trademark fashion, registering a 16-1 technical superiority win in just under 4 minutes. That momentum now feeds into the team’s anthem, which captures the same fearless edge seen on the mat and reflects a squad finding its voice in its debut season.
