Mumbai, Jan 21 (.) The trailer from the upcoming Hindi crime thriller series “Daldal”, offering a glimpse into the dark and suspenseful world of DCP Rita Ferrera, has been officially released.
Set against the backdrop of the city of Mumbai, Daldal revolves around DCP Rita Ferreira, played by Bhumi Pednekar, who embarks on a dangerous investigation where she has to chase a ruthless serial killer. Based on Vish Dhamija’s bestselling book Bhindi Bazaar, Daldal is directed by Amrit Raj Gupta and produced by Vikram Malhotra and Suresh Triveni.
An Abundantia Entertainment production, the series is created by Suresh Triveni and written by Srikanth Agniswaran, Rohan D’Souza and Priya Saggi. Suresh Triveni and Hussain Haidry have penned powerful dialogues.
The series also stars Samara Tijori and Aditya Rawal in pivotal roles. “Daldal” will premiere exclusively on Prime Video on January 30 in India and across more than 240 countries and territories.
Bhumi Satish Pednekar, who plays DCP Rita Ferreira in Daldal, said, “It has been one of the most intense and creatively satisfying experiences of my career.
