Hyderabad, Jan 27 (.) Asia’s largest civil aviation event, Wings India 2026, is scheduled to be inaugurated at Begumpet Airport here on Wednesday.

The four-day event will showcase India’s rapidly growing aviation sector, featuring global aerospace companies, government officials, and industry leaders.
The inauguration will be graced by union Minister of Civil Aviation Rammohan Naidu, with a virtual address by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Key highlights for the day include the opening of the static display area, exhibition walk-throughs, an inaugural session, an aerial show, and the Wings India Awards 2026.
Delegations from several countries, including the United States, UK, France, Germany, Russia, Qatar, and Iran, are expected to participate, highlighting India’s rising strategic importance in global civil aviation.
The event will feature aircraft displays, aerobatic performances by the Indian Air Force’s Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team, drone demonstrations, and forums aimed at investment, innovation, and policy dialogue.
Wings India 2026 continues through January 31, 2026, promising extensive networking opportunities and insights into the future of civil aviation in India and the region.
